SaasHub

Refund Policy

Last updated Oct 7, 2026

How purchases and refunds work on SaasHub (https://saashub.tech), operated by CAPRIX AI LTD (referred to below as “the Company”). This sits under the Terms of Service.

1. What a purchase is

Every purchase on SaasHub is a one-off top-up of prepaid power tokens. Nothing renews, nothing rolls over, nothing is billed in the background — there are no subscriptions, no seats, no recurring charges. Runs reserve tokens up front, meter what is actually used across the steps and release the unspent reserve, so the balance shown on the ledger is always the truth. Failed runs release the reservation in full, so a failure never bills you.

2. Consumer withdrawal right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and equivalent EU consumer law where it applies, a consumer buying digital content or a digital service normally has fourteen days to cancel. Because power tokens are digital content delivered immediately and start being usable the moment they land on your balance, we ask at checkout for your express consent to immediate delivery and your acknowledgement that the fourteen-day withdrawal right does not apply once delivery has begun. Where you have not yet spent tokens from a fresh top-up, we will still treat a withdrawal request received within fourteen days as a courtesy refund, subject to section 4.

3. When we refund

We refund a top-up in full where none of its tokens have been spent and the request reaches us within the 30-day period set out in section 5.

We refund a proportion of a top-up where the balance shows tokens are clearly unspent because a SaasHub-side incident (a bug, an outage, a wrong meter) prevented normal use, once the incident is investigated and confirmed.

We refund a duplicate charge whenever we can confirm the duplication against the ledger.

We honour any refund that UK consumer law (or EU consumer law where it applies) requires us to give — nothing in this document displaces those rights.

4. When we do not refund

Tokens already spent by a Run — reserved and settled to the ledger — are not refundable, because the underlying platform work has already been done.

Bonus tokens granted as a gift, promotion or on sign-up carry no cash value and are not refundable independently of the paid pack they were attached to.

Refunds are not available where an account has been suspended or closed for a breach of the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law and tokens remain unspent — in that case the balance is forfeited rather than refunded.

Charges from third-party model providers whose keys you supplied, and from external services your Crews connect to, are not part of a SaasHub invoice and cannot be refunded by SaasHub. Take those up with the relevant provider.

5. Time limits for requests

To comply with the operational requirements, dispute timeframes, and refund processing rules established by payment card schemes, payment processors, and financial institutions involved in the transaction, all refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date on which the relevant payment was completed. Refund requests received after the expiration of this period may be deemed ineligible for processing, as the Company may no longer have the ability to recover, reverse, or otherwise return the funds through the applicable payment channels. The Company reserves the right to reject any refund claim submitted outside the 30-day period and shall not be liable for any inability to process a refund where the request was not submitted within the required timeframe.

6. How to ask for a refund

Write to [email protected] from the address on the account, giving the transaction reference and, briefly, why you are asking. We will look at the ledger, confirm what is unspent and reply with a decision, normally within three business days.

7. How refunds are processed

Where a refund is due, the money goes back to the original payment method through the payment provider that handled the charge. Timing then depends on your bank — typically a few business days, sometimes a little more.

8. Cancelling the account

Close the account any time from settings or by writing to [email protected]. No notice period, nothing recurring to cancel. Unspent power tokens at the point of closure are forfeited unless a refund is due under section 3.

9. Complaints

If you disagree with a refund decision, please tell us. Consumers in the UK can get free advice on an unresolved dispute from Citizens Advice (https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk), and consumers in the EU can use the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
